Notice of Valuation Dispute

As per the Broomfield County Website
(www.broomfield.org/164/assessor) it is time for the County to reassess the value of your home:

‘Residents should receive their Notice of Valuation the first week in May. Broomfield experienced significant increases in overall value for all residential property, reflecting the strong economic conditions across the city and county.’

This is a process that can be disputed and we can help! We have been successful in the past at helping neighbors and homeowners contest their value, allowing them to reduce their tax liability and save thousands of dollars.
